  6. When the oil temperature is high, add Pixian bean paste, pepper and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Turn on low heat and slowly stir-fry the dried chili segments to release the flavour. Add scallions and stir-fry

  7. Add crayfish and continue to stir-fry until fragrant.

  8. Add appropriate amount of chicken powder, salt and sugar to the pot. Finally sprinkle with chopped celery to finish.
