When the oil is hot, add the crayfish. After two minutes, pick up the crayfish and set aside

When the oil temperature is high, add Pixian bean paste, pepper and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Turn on low heat and slowly stir-fry the dried chili segments to release the flavour. Add scallions and stir-fry

Add crayfish and continue to stir-fry until fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of chicken powder, salt and sugar to the pot. Finally sprinkle with chopped celery to finish.
