Overview

Sprinkle appropriate amount of baking powder into the flour, add some warm water and fine salt to knead into dough and ferment for about 3 hours.

Fry the sesame seeds and mash them into powder. It doesn't matter if there is a small part that is not pulverized. Add sugar and stir evenly.
