Seaweed, pork floss and scallops
Overview
I haven’t tried Master Bao’s flossy pork floss, but I just saw that it’s super popular online! After searching around, it seems like a meat floss cake roll? Later I saw someone reproducing it, so I gave it a try and went to the supermarket to buy seaweed and meat floss!

Take a bowl and add egg yolks, 20 grams of sugar, milk, salad oil, salt and vanilla essence, stir well

Add sugar to the egg whites in 3 batches and beat until wet peaks

Sift the flour into the egg batter and mix evenly

Take 1/3 of the meringue and put it into the egg yolk batter, stir evenly

Pour the mixture back into 2/3 of the meringue and mix evenly

This is the batter that is evenly mixed

Put the batter into a piping bag and pipe it into an oval shape

Place in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

Apply salad dressing while hot

Sprinkle seaweed and meat floss

Just fold the dough

If you like more ingredients, you can also fold it in half and spread salad dressing and pork floss on both sides
