Add warm water and yeast to the flour and knead it into a dough, then ferment it

Dice the celery and carrots and stir-fry them in water. Crush the beans

Add peanut oil, chopped green onion, salt and MSG to the filling and stir

Add a little baking soda to the fermented dough, knead it evenly, divide it into 6 equal parts and wrap the fillings in it like making steamed buns, then flatten it into cakes

Let it rise for 15 minutes and fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides
