Overview
For details on how to make this wrapper, you can refer to how to make Italian dumpling wrappers. However, for convenience, I made a simple Chinese version, using wonton wrappers. The finished dumpling wrappers sold outside are slightly thicker than wonton wrappers. For the sake of taste, it is best to use wonton wrappers and cut them into rounds.

Cut the wonton skin into rounds, place the banana section in the middle, and evenly apply water on the surrounding skin,

Knead the sides tightly and set aside for 10 minutes to set,

Heat the oil to 60%, and put the cooked ones in one by one. (Those that have been heated to temperature will float when put in. If they sink directly to the bottom of the pot, do not continue to put them in. Burn the oil for a while longer, and wait until it floats before adding others.)

Fry until both sides are golden brown. You need to fry the convex side for a while less, and fry the other side for a while over low heat, then you can fry a beautiful straw hat.
