Shrimp, carrot, spinach and egg custard
Overview
The baby has been suffering from iron deficiency anemia recently. The doctor recommended eating more iron-supplementing foods, so spinach became the main green vegetable that the baby eats. With the addition of calcium-supplementing shrimp skin and vitamin-supplementing carrots, the custard becomes delicious and nutritious

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients and tools, one egg, carrot (I only used a small amount, too much will affect the taste), shrimp skin, two spinach, baby food bowl (used to grate the carrots, if you don’t have a food bowl, you can chop it, use a food processor to smash it, just smash it anyway)
-
Grind the shrimp skin into powder using a dry grinder in a food processor
-
Grate carrots into fine pieces
-
Break a free-range egg into a bowl
-
Put the grated carrots and dried shrimps powder into the eggs
-
Add a little sesame oil
-
Mix well
-
Put the beaten eggs into the pot and steam for six to seven minutes
-
Put water in the pot and boil
-
Add spinach
-
Sprinkle in a small amount of salt, or not. If your baby can eat less salt, eat less
-
Boil for one minute and take out
-
Take out the steamed egg custard, I forgot to time it and the steaming was a bit too old
-
Chop the spinach and put it into the custard
-
Stir evenly and give it directly to your baby as breakfast
-
Add some porridge or rice and mix well to serve as a meal
