Beat the butter and sifted powdered sugar with an electric mixer until light yellow.

Add the egg liquid in three batches. After the egg liquid and butter are fully mixed, add the next time.

Add the sifted flour and beat until the butter and flour are combined and become granular.

Take one-third of the flour, add cocoa powder, and knead it into a dough. Knead the other two-thirds of the flour into a dough.

Roll the two kinds of dough into two pieces of the same size and stack them together.

Cut it in the middle, stack it on top, and repeat these actions three times in a row.

Knead the dough into a round cylinder.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until hard, then cut into 0.5 cm thick slices (about half an hour)

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, middle rack, for 15 minutes.
