Clean the ribs and boil them in water. Add some salt and cooking wine! Just open the pot!

Apply a layer of oil to the wok and fry the pork ribs until they get a little color!

Add oil to the pan, stir-fry onion, garlic, star anise and dried chili until fragrant!

Then add the pork ribs and stir-fry, then pour in hot water, then add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, ginger slices and simmer over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about half an hour!
