【Glace Hawthorn】
Overview
The last time my husband and I went to Shanghai, we had such frosted hawthorns. It was rare that both my husband and I loved it. It was sour, sweet and very delicious. I bought several boxes at once. After eating it, almost two months later, I still think about it. I happened to go to the supermarket and saw some very fresh hawthorns, so I decided to make frosted hawthorns.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the hawthorn and remove the stems.
-
Drain the water.
-
Use absorbent paper to dry the hawthorns. Be sure to wipe it until there is no moisture.
-
Put water in the pot and add sugar, just one bowl of water and two bowls of sugar. I didn’t even measure it, so I weighed it myself.
-
Cook over low heat until white foam bubbles completely, stick it with chopsticks, and add cold water. If it sticks to the chopsticks, it's good.
-
Pour in the hawthorn.
-
Turn off the heat and stir quickly until each hawthorn is coated with syrup.
-
Place it under a fan to let it cool and the frosting will form.
