How to cook Potato together at home

It's the same as making eggplant. Marinate the meat filling with seasonings, peel the potatoes into two pieces and cut them with a razor blade. Mix eggs, flour and starch into batter. Prepare a dish of flour. Sandwich the meat filling between two potato slices.
Clamp all the potatoes and coat them evenly with a layer of dry flour.
Pour oil into the wok and heat it. When it is about 80% hot, put the potatoes dipped in flour into the oil pan.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
