  1. Prepare the materials, peel the lotus root slices and cut into 0.5mm thick slices

  2. Put lotus root, dried chili pepper, wine, sugar and water in a pot and bring to a boil

  3. The bottom half bowl or so of soy sauce is in the pot

  4. Cover and continue cooking

  5. Boil until the water is 90% dry, remove the chilies, and add a little honey

  6. Cook for a while, turn off the heat, sprinkle cooked white sesame seeds in the lotus root slices, and serve on a plate
