Walnut Peanut Crispy
Overview
I started learning to bake after I was pregnant with the baby. Recently, when my mother came home, I made a Chinese pastry - peanut walnut cake. The result was highly praised and she said she would not eat other cookies in the future! Middle-aged and elderly people love to eat peach cakes, so I wanted to give it a try, but to be honest, I almost never eat peach cakes, but this time I thought it was really delicious, especially since I added more walnuts and peanuts and reduced the amount of sugar. The taste is really crispy and delicious, and it is simple and quick to make, so I must share the deliciousness with everyone.

-
Bake walnut kernels and peanut kernels in the oven at 120°C for five minutes. After taking them out, the walnut skins will fall off if you rub them with your hands. Always crush slightly with rolling pin.
-
Put the vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and eggs in a clean container and stir evenly.
-
Finally, add the flour, baking soda, chopped walnuts and chopped peanuts, mix well and knead into a ball.
-
Add all the ingredients and mix evenly. You can knead them into a dough, divide it into small doughs, place them on the baking sheet and press them. You can also press while doing it.
-
Press the small dough and add an appropriate amount of sesame seeds. Place it in the middle shelf of the preheated oven and heat it up and down at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Once it is colored, it is ready to be baked!

It tastes crispy only after it cools down after taking it out of the pan
