Overview

When I got home last week, my lovely dad prepared a big bag of braised braised food for me. Since there was too much, I could only refrigerate it. I suddenly thought that I would like to make a hot pot braised braised food today during the Winter Solstice Festival.

  1. Get the ingredients ready.

  2. Put more oil in the pot, add the marinated meat, and fry until slightly dry

  3. Pour off the excess oil, leaving a little. Add seasonings of green chili pepper, good sea pepper, Sichuan peppercorns and onions, and stir-fry.
