Dumplings—three bowls of water cooking method
Overview
Three years ago, I was a person who couldn't cook and didn't even know how to cook dumplings. But I suddenly fell in love with eating dumplings at some point, and I didn't want to eat them out every day. At first, I saw various methods of cooking dumplings on the Internet, such as: adding a few drops of oil to make the dumplings non-stick... or adding three drops of water... I still felt that the texture I wanted was not achieved, so I started tossing it myself. Compared with all the magical methods, I still think that the most important thing is to suit myself. Later I summarized my "Three Bowls of Water Cooking Method". The dumplings cooked in three bowls of water will not only have a clear soup, but the dumplings will also be chewy and will not be soft. The most important thing is that the filling will not leak even if the dumplings are broken (actually it is the principle of thermal expansion and contraction)

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put a small amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil over high heat
-
After the water boils, take out the frozen dumplings from the refrigerator and put them directly into the pot, cover the pot, and turn to medium heat (use a spoon to push the dumplings halfway to prevent them from sticking to the pot)
-
Don’t be afraid if you break a small gap, you can still put it in
-
After the dumplings are boiled, wait for one minute, add the first bowl of water, push the dumplings with a spoon, cover the pot and continue cooking
-
Wait for one minute after the water boils again, then add the second bowl of water and repeat the process
-
After the water boils three times, wait for one minute and add the third bowl of water, and repeat the same action again
-
What should I do if the water boils again? Let’s start the pot~o(∩_∩)o
-
Eat it with dipping sauce?
-
Bring soup? Just do as you like
