Wash the peppers, cut into two, remove the seeds and set aside.

The fish is slippery, because time is tight, so I bought it prepared by someone else.

Stuff the fish evenly into the prepared peppers.

Heat oil in a hot pan, fry the filling side down until golden brown, then flip and fry the other side.

Pour in the prepared gorgon juice (blended with oyster sauce, starch, light soy sauce, water, I forgot to take a picture). Simmer for a while until the juice is reduced.
