Vermicelli with chopped pepper and enoki mushrooms

Remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash them and tear them open with your hands.

Soak the vermicelli in boiling water till soft.

Pour oil into the pot, heat it up, add chopped pepper and stir-fry.

Add steamed fish soy sauce and water and mix well.

Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, pour in the enoki mushrooms and cook.

Spread the soaked vermicelli on the plate.

Place the enoki mushrooms on top, and pour the fried chopped pepper evenly on the enoki mushrooms. Boil water and steam for about 8 minutes.
