Almond Tiles
Overview
Almond tiles are a delicious biscuit, so named because its shape is somewhat similar to the roof tiles in French architecture. It’s also very easy and hassle-free to do. With very few ingredients, you can bake a lot in a very short time. The crunchy texture and the aroma of almonds will make you crazy. Almond tiles also belong to the crispy category. Although it is simple to make, I made this biscuit no less than three times before I succeeded. I failed several times because I did not choose the right tools. Based on my failure experience, I must tell you that to make this biscuit, you must use high-temperature oil cloth or silicone mat. Ordinary oil paper and tin foil paper will not work. It is easy to stick to it and cannot be peeled off.
