Autumn is the season for eating chestnuts. I love eating chestnuts. I tried frying it with sugar in a rice cooker, but my hands were sticky after eating it😅. Today I used an electric pan to make a healthy version that is oil-free and sugar-free❤️, hee hee😜😜...it’s really delicious, and the most important thing is that it’s clean😂😂

  1. Choose mini chestnuts 😍😍 (this is a mountain chestnut bought in the most beautiful village: Shuiyu Village).

  3. Pour into the electric baking pan (a little water is allowed😃). Plug it in and press the upper and lower switches. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Unplug it. Don't lift the cover yet. It will simmer for a while.

  4. After simmering for 8 minutes, open it and let it dissipate (it is hot at this time, please pay attention to safety).

  5. Pack it up and it’s ready to eat😄😄It’s so fragrant and pink and glutinous. You can press it with your fingernails and squeeze it and it will open.
