Ingredients
Steps
-
Melt the butter. (It can be cut into small pieces to melt quickly, or it can be melted in hot water)
-
Whisk the eggs into egg liquid
-
Pour the evenly stirred egg liquid into the melted butter and stir evenly
-
Then add sugar and mix well
-
Add flour. (If you don’t have tools, you have to use your hands)
-
Add soaked dried raisins. (Because I wanted to do it temporarily, I didn’t do it)
-
Knead into dough
-
Make it into the shape you want and put it in the oven (preheat at 180 for one minute). You don't need to put tin foil on the baking sheet. You can also directly brush the baking sheet with oil. 200 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes. Since the oven at home is relatively old, the time is not very accurate. Just pay attention to the color of the biscuits.
