Blueberry Jam Bread
Overview
There are children at home, so the bread cannot be broken. I made bread with my own blueberry jam and enjoyed it very much. I still added shredded coconut to the jam filling. One is to enhance the flavor and taste particularly good. The other is to stabilize and blend the jam. It lives up to my expectations and makes a delicious bread.

Add milk, whole egg liquid, corn oil, sugar, and salt into the bread barrel, sift in flour, and add yeast to start the bread and dough rising process. (Leave about 10g of egg liquid) It will be ready after 90 minutes.

Take it out and knead well to relax for 10 minutes.

Divide into 9 small portions and relax for 10 minutes.

Take a dough ball, flatten it and pour a tablespoon of blueberry jam on it. Add a tablespoon of grated coconut.

With the seam facing down, place it directly on the baking sheet. Once everything is done, let it rise a second time.

Let it double in size and coat with remaining egg wash.

Place in the middle rack of the oven, heat up and down to 170 degrees, for 15 minutes, cover with tin foil in the middle.
