Made Portuguese egg tarts using ready-made frozen tart shells. It’s really good news for lazy people. Simple, convenient and zero failure. You can control the sweetness yourself, and it's safer and cheaper than those sold outside. I use Midea's mini oven, which has a capacity of 10L and cannot adjust the temperature. It holds it perfectly!

  4. Add 18g of white sugar, heat briefly in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt the sugar, and mix well.

  9. Take the tapi out and put it in place. The oven is too small and can bake 5 at a time, no more, tears.
