Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the pork liver into slices, clean it, soak it in salt water for half an hour, remove the blood, and wash it again
-
Carrots and garlic slices, as shown in the picture
-
Celery cut into sections
-
Crush the garlic and chop it with the back of a knife. Do not cut it with a knife, as it will not be fragrant. Chop it into pieces and let it sit for 15 minutes before frying to prevent cancer.
-
After washing the pork liver, marinate it with salt, cooking wine, and ginger slices for at least 15 minutes. Finally, add sweet potato powder, mix well, and start frying.
-
Add the chopped garlic to the oil pan, add the chopped carrots, black fungus, celery and garlic, add salt, MSG and a little sugar and stir-fry until cooked. Dish up. Remember to soak the black fungus in water first (I accidentally deleted the picture). I forgot to take a picture of this dish. Go directly to the finished product.
-
Heat the oil in the pan, add the marinated pork liver, and stir-fry for a while until the blood color disappears.
-
Add step 6 and stir-fry together
-
Okay, finished product. . .
