Grilled Chicken Wings with Mushrooms

My son loves to eat meat more and more now, and he loves chicken wings very much. He has made all the chicken wing recipes that I know how to make. Today I will try my new recipe - braised chicken wings with shiitake mushrooms. This recipe seems simple but very delicious. The combination of chicken wings and shiitake mushrooms is simply more delicious.

Wash the chicken wings and chop into two pieces. Then soak the mushrooms and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil. Add the chicken wings and blanch the blood from the chicken wings for about 3 minutes.

Cut the onion, ginger and garlic into sections, wash the star anise and set aside.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add onions, ginger, garlic, and star anise and sauté until fragrant.

Add chicken wings and stir-fry.

Pour in appropriate amount of cooking wine, dark soy sauce and salt and continue stir-frying.

Pour in boiling water to cover the chicken wings. Then add the prepared mushrooms. Cover the pot and simmer until the chicken wings are tender.
