Tofu, set aside.

Cut into cubes.

Wash the cucumber, slice it and set aside.

Cut the dried chilies into sections and slice the garlic, set aside.

Heat a pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, pour in the tofu, stir-fry until golden brown, then add the cucumber, season with a little salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry a few times.

Remove from pan and plate.
