Cream Puffs
Overview
Puff, white powder is powdered sugar. Puff is a sweet snack originating from Italy. The fluffy and porous cream dough is filled with whipped cream, chocolate and even ice cream. Puffs are a kind of dessert that gives people a sense of happiness. They are wrapped in soft cream in a crispy outer shell. When you take a bite, you will be overflowing with happiness. What echoes in your mouth is the feeling of being pampered and surrounded by love. This was the first time I made this cream puff. My friend was very surprised. It turned out really well. I was also surprised. It turns out I can make it too, haha. If you like it, you can try it. It's actually very simple. Ingredients: 100g cake flour, 160g water, 70g corn oil, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 3 eggs. Filling: 100g cream, 50g sugar

After preparing the ingredients, beat the eggs first. Sift the flour in advance.

Add water, corn oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and sugar to a small pot and bring to a boil.

Stop the heat and pour in the flour.

Stir quickly until there is no dry powder. There is a thin film on the bottom of the pot and it does not stick to the pot.

When the batter is cool enough that it is not hot to the touch, add the egg liquid, add a little first, mix well until absorbed, and then pour in the next time. (You cannot pour it all in, see step 6)

Pour in the egg liquid and mix evenly while pouring. The batter will become smoother and smoother. When the batter is lifted up and it forms an inverted triangle, there is no need to pour in the egg liquid. And the batter will not flow.

Pour the batter into a piping bag.

Pipe onto the baking sheet, leaving some space between puffs and not too close.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle rack, upper and lower heat, and bake for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes before taking it out. If it is hollow, it means success.

Add 50 grams of sugar to the cream and beat it. Cut a small opening and squeeze the cream on with a round nozzle.
