Style steamed buns
Overview
My baby ate butterfly steamed buns last time and found it unsatisfying, so he clamored to make them again. This time he made a few more tricks

Add water to the pumpkin and put it in the microwave until cooked. Use a juicer to make a puree. Then add rock sugar powder to the flour and knead the yeast into yellow dough and white dough respectively

Let the dough rise until doubled in size

Roll the yellow dough into a round ball and roll the white dough into a round sheet

Wrap the yellow dough with white dough sheets

Make two cuts with a knife

Roll out the two types of dough into long sheets for making butterflies and hedgehogs. For the butterflies, refer to the recipe I posted

Stack the two kinds of noodles together to make a hedgehog’s fur

Use scissors to cut out shapes and use wolfberries to make eyes

After 20 minutes of proofing, add cold water to the pot. 15 minutes after the water boils, turn off the heat and wait 3 minutes for the pot to come out
