How to make delicious sauced big bones at home
Overview
My parents-in-law came to live with me from their hometown in the countryside, and they cooked delicious dishes every day. When I saw the leg bones in the supermarket, they were good and still had the skin on them. I immediately selected 2 of them and asked the chef to grind them into pieces and make a pot of fragrant sauce-based big bones to entertain the family.

-
When I bought the pork leg bones, I asked the supermarket employees to grind them into large pieces. One leg bone was rolled into five sections. Wash the leg bones in a basin of clean water and soak in water to remove the blood. Change the water every half an hour and several times more.
-
Bring half a pot of water to a boil and then add the bones
-
After boiling the pot again, cook for 8 minutes and take it out. Discard the water used to cook the meat.
-
Rinse the pig bones with water to remove any blood foam and pull out the hair from the pig skin
-
Wash the pot and put water in the pot. The amount of water should cover the bones. After boiling, add the leg bones,
-
Add the water-based seasonings one by one
-
Seasoning bag
-
Rock sugar
-
ginger slices
-
After boiling the pot, turn down the heat and simmer for about half an hour. Add salt
-
Stew until it is cooked through (you can poke it with a chopstick), which means the meat is done.
