Ingredients: Qinggao quinoa, carrots, black corn, broccoli, shrimp

Blanch broccoli and carrots;

After soaking Qinggao quinoa for 20 minutes, cook for another 20 minutes until it blooms, drain the water and set aside;

Dice the carrots, break the black corn into grains, and break the broccoli into small pieces;

Add a little olive oil to the pot, add carrots, corn, broccoli, pour into the pot one by one and stir-fry, then add shrimps and stir-fry for a while;

Finally, add the quinoa and stir-fry evenly. Add light soy sauce, oil and salt, stir-fry evenly and serve.
