Ingredients: Rice (washed).

Cooked duck liver.

Parsley (leaves removed, washed and chopped).

Cut the cooked duck liver on the chopping board and set aside.

Pour appropriate amount of water into the pressure cooker and bring to a boil.

Then, add the rice and bring to a boil.

Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Simmer until there is no air and then open the lid.

Then, add the sliced duck liver and parsley, stir and cook briefly.

Then, add some salt and chicken essence to taste, and it's done.
