Homemade egg fried noodles
Overview
Don't throw away the leftover noodles, add an egg, cut some shredded cucumber, and simply stir-fry. There are noodles, vegetables, and eggs. It’s nutritious and delicious, so why not!

Cool the noodles after they are cooked.

Pour oil into the wok, pour in the egg liquid and stir-fry.

Fry the egg liquid until solid, then add onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add light soy sauce and salt.
