Jujube pitted
-
Wash the hawthorn, steam for 10 minutes, remove the core and stems
-
Lycium barbarum, washed and steamed for 5 minutes
-
Soak the roses for five minutes, wash them, and steam them for 10 minutes.
-
After steaming, remove the core of the roses, leaving only the petals. Do not leave the brown ones
-
Osmanthus, soak for 5 minutes, wash and steam for 10 minutes
-
First add 15ml of water to the casserole. After it boils, put all the prepared ingredients into the casserole and cook on the lowest heat for 5 minutes. Stir with a spoon while cooking to prevent sticking
-
After cooking, put it into a blender and grind it
-
Rinse the blender with 15ml of boiling water. Put the water and crushed fruit into a casserole again and simmer over the lowest heat for 30-40 minutes. When it is boiling for 20 minutes, add two spoons of brown sugar and stir constantly with a spoon to avoid sticking to the pan. The juice will pop out during the cooking process. Be careful of burns as the temperature is very high.
-
After boiling, put it into the prepared glass container and spread it flat. I put more brown sugar this time than last time, so the color looks darker
-
Liquid seal. After cooling, pour honey on the surface
-
The thickness is about 1cm as shown
-
Storage. The square glass box is kept for later use and will not be opened for the time being. The smaller round box on the right is for drinking from tomorrow and can be left unsealed. The main reason is to allow the honey to blend in better. After you finish drinking from the round box, open the square box so that it can hold just half of it, and seal the remaining half with plastic wrap for the third use

Finished product pictures. This is the first time I made these two cups. I put less brown sugar, so the color is very beautiful. The color I made this time should be light brown. The way to drink it is like this. Use a small spoon without water every morning to scoop out a spoonful. Mix it with warm water and drink it on an empty stomach. If you have friends who are used to exercising in the morning, you can drink it after exercising. You only drink it in the morning every day, and you don’t need to drink it at other times. Women can temporarily not drink it on those days of each month to avoid adverse reactions. Most of them are fine. You can give it a try. If you feel uncomfortable, you don’t need to drink it for those few days. The dregs after soaking and drinking can also be eaten. There is still unbroken pulp in it, and the taste is very good.
