Overview

There is no more cream, but that doesn’t stop me from making a fillingless version of the crepe. I improved the recipe, added apple jam, and topped it with rose jam. It tastes even better. With milk, it’s a great breakfast,

  5. Mix thoroughly. The consistency is enough to draw out lines when you lift the chopsticks. If not, add milk or cake flour appropriately.
