Steps
-
Two selected ribs are soaked in cold water until the blood bleeds. You need to change the water several times and wash them thoroughly.
-
Drain the water and add appropriate amount of salt. (Can be replaced with light soy sauce).
-
Sprinkle with five-spice powder (or thirteen-spice powder).
-
Black pepper granular powder. At this time, give the ribs a good massage and add ginger slices.
-
Slice green onions, add cooking wine, massage again, continue marinating process of ribs, just wait for one hour (at least).
-
Line a baking sheet with foil.
-
Spread the marinated pork ribs on tin foil.
-
Set the oven temperature to 220° for 60 minutes. (Temperature and time are for reference only)
-
After 20 minutes, brush with dark soy sauce and bake. Halfway through, I will use a brush to brush the soup on the ribs and cover them with tin foil. (Dark soy sauce can be considered when marinating the meat). At 50 minutes, brush with a layer of honey, brush back and forth evenly, continue baking, do not cover with tin foil. (Dark soy sauce can be considered when marinating the meat).
-
The grilled pork ribs with beautiful color and fragrant aroma are completed.
