Pour milk, eggs, and granulated sugar into a basin, and stir well with a manual egg beater

Stir well and add cream

Continue to stir

Mix well and sift once

Pour into the egg tart shell, filling each one eight to nine minutes full. Bake in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes

Eat it hot after it comes out of the oven, but be careful when scalding it!
