Roasted Pig Ears and Beans with Soybean Sauce
Overview
Pig ear beans are also called lentils, pig ear beans, etc. It can be stewed, roasted, braised, shredded, stir-fried or stir-fried. It can be stir-fried or cooked with meat. I prefer the vegetarian version, especially when paired with soybean sauce. The rich sauce flavor is very attractive.

Main and auxiliary ingredients: clean pig ears, beans, soybean paste

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onions. Add the cleaned pig ear beans. Stir-fry over medium heat until it changes color.

Add soybean paste. Stir-fry evenly.

Add water and cook for about 5 minutes. Add a little salt and MSG to taste according to taste.

Simmer for another 1 minute. Increase the heat and collect the juice.
