Dice the potatoes and blanch the lettuce for later use

Heat the oil in a wok, add diced potatoes and stir-fry until they change color, add peas, and pour in boiling water to cover the ingredients, about 3 times the amount of water

Dissolve the curry with water in advance, and when the potatoes are cooked, add the curry sauce to the pot with about twice the amount of water, and simmer over medium heat for two minutes.
