Red Date Balls and Tremella Soup
Overview
The weather is very comfortable, so it’s good to drink some sugar water; and I applied for high-quality small red dates from Teacher Kong some time ago, which is good for stewing sugar water. In addition, there is a bowl of glutinous rice dumplings frozen in the refrigerator. I have always wanted to use them for making rice wine but didn’t buy them. It would be good to just boil them in white fungus soup. Of course, the finished product is very beautiful, but unfortunately it is not thick enough when the white fungus is soaked, but I am easily satisfied, and I am still happy to eat it!

Prepare the required ingredients (soak the white fungus in advance, preferably at least four hours)

Wash the soaked white fungus and tear it into small pieces. Wash the red dates

Put enough water into the rice cooker at one time and throw in the white fungus and red dates

Simmer for one hour until the white fungus is soft and glutinous (it is best to simmer for another half hour)
