It was my daughter's birthday on October 3rd. She wanted to eat pig's feet. The pig's feet were delicious early in the morning. In order to eat fresh pig's feet, I made this dish at noon.

Prepare materials in advance.

Bring the water to a boil, add the pig's feet into the pot and cook for 2 minutes.

Rinse the pig's feet with water, pour into the pressure cooker, add cloves, pepper, and ginger slices, and simmer for 30 minutes.

While the pig's feet are stewing, prepare the sauce.

Simmer over high heat for 15 minutes, pour in the prepared sauce, and reduce the sauce over high heat.
