Overview
This meal pack is really loved by both adults and children. Even my friend’s kid who is picky and doesn’t eat carrots ate three of them in one go. It’s nutritious and healthy.

Knead all the ingredients with oil until they expand, and ferment in a warm place until doubled in size;

After fermentation is completed, divide the dough into small doughs of 30 grams each, roll into a round shape, cover with plastic wrap and deflate for 15 minutes. I made a few dinner bags with the remaining dough;

Gently pat the dough to deflate, roll into a ball and shape;

Put it into the mold and let it rest in a warm place;

After the second rise, put it into the preheated oven at 170 degrees 20 degrees. Please refer to your own oven for specific time and temperature.
