Scrambled eggs with parsley

This is my first time doing a light fat-reducing meal.

Steps

  1. Remove parsley leaves and wash.

  2. Cut into sections, scald, remove and cool.

  3. Beat the eggs and stir-fry until medium-cooked and serve.

  4. Add celery and stir-fry briefly. Pour in the eggs, add salt and oyster sauce and stir well before serving.
