Overview
In the past, cabbage was stewed with tofu. I didn't buy it today. I found a pack of yuba and tried it. I didn't expect that the taste was okay. It’s great for scraping oil!

I didn’t take detailed pictures, it’s so simple to make. Soak and wash the yuba in advance. Chop the cabbage and stir-fry until water comes out. Add the yuba and let it simmer for a minute or two.

Add salt, oil and light soy sauce in sequence. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for fifteen minutes.
