  6. Put the cap on the bottle. Only lightly snap on the cap, do not tighten it. Steam over high heat for 15-20 minutes. You can see through the glass cover that the water in the bottle is also boiling

  7. After turning off the heat, take out the bottle with a towel as a cushion. Be careful of burns when handling. Also, hold the bottle cap tightly to prevent the cap from falling off and the bottle falling. Then tighten the bottle cap and buckle it upside down.

  8. All done, auto-ignite and cool down. My pot is small, so I made 8 cans in three batches. Steamed for 15 minutes, 18 minutes, and 20 minutes respectively. Make labels and test the taste before making them next time
