Crispy fried banana
Overview
There's a lot of bread crumbs left here, and there just happen to be bananas. I just made this, it tasted pretty good, but it was a bit boring after eating it!

Get your materials ready!

Cut the banana into sections and dip into the egg liquid to cover with the egg liquid

Roll it in bread crumbs

Heat oil in the pot. Add the bananas to the pot and fry over medium-low heat until they turn yellow, remove from the pot and drain the oil.

Plate and ready to eat!
