Pan-fried tofu
Overview
Except for the youngest son, everyone else in the family is a tofu lover. Whether it is cold, braised or fried, it can be said that they will not change it for meat. A bowl of rice and a plate of tofu is enough! The tofu is fried to golden brown on both sides and served with garlic gravy. It is a standard dish. If you like spicy food, add some chili to make it perfect.
