Salt-baked quail eggs
Overview
My son likes to eat salt-baked quail eggs very much. I only buy four of them a piece from outside. Making it yourself is simple, delicious and fresh, so why not do it! I made a big plate and peeled off a few pieces to solve the problem.

Have all materials ready. (Wash the quail eggs and pat dry)

Heat coarse salt and spices in a pot over low heat.

Pour half of the heated kosher salt and top with quail eggs.

Add the heated coarse salt, cover the pot and bake over low heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and bake for another 5 minutes.
