Overview

My son likes to eat salt-baked quail eggs very much. I only buy four of them a piece from outside. Making it yourself is simple, delicious and fresh, so why not do it! I made a big plate and peeled off a few pieces to solve the problem.

  1. Have all materials ready. (Wash the quail eggs and pat dry)

  2. Heat coarse salt and spices in a pot over low heat.

  3. Pour half of the heated kosher salt and top with quail eggs.

  4. Add the heated coarse salt, cover the pot and bake over low heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and bake for another 5 minutes.
