Slowly pour hot water into the flour and stir continuously with chopsticks to form a fluffy consistency.

Knead back and forth into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle a small amount of flour on the dough mat, take out the dough and knead it into a long loaf.

Cut into evenly sized pieces and flatten with your hands.

Roll out into a slightly thicker crust.

Brush one pie crust with a little cooking oil and cover it with the other pie crust.

Roll out the two stacked pastries into thin pastry.

Heat the pan without oil, put in the dough and cook over low heat until there are small bubbles. Turn over and cook until there are big bubbles in the middle of the cake. Take it out, about 1 or 2 minutes.

After it's baked, uncover it along the edges while it's hot, put it in a container and cover it with a lid to prevent it from hardening.

Top with your favorite toppings.
