Peel the edamame beans.

Put the washed edamame into a pot with water, then add star anise and dried chili peppers.

Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Pick up the cooked edamame and run it under cold water.

You can discard the star anise inside, chop two chili peppers and sprinkle them with edamame beans.

Mash garlic with sugar and salt.
