Preheat the non-stick pan. Pour it in directly without adding any oil. Pay attention to pouring it in several times. Turn to low heat and slowly spread the liquid evenly. Be careful not to make it too mushy. After frying, spread it out to cool. Please do not use a plate as it will become soft.

Put the fried side inward, spread the whipped cream inside, put mango strips on it, fold it into a square, cut it in the middle and it will be delicious. The amount of cream depends on your preference.
