Home-style fried hairtail
Overview
Hairtail meat is tender, fat and delicious. It has only one big bone in the middle and no other thorns, making it easy to eat. My youngest son is still young and can’t eat bones. Hairtail is the most convenient. Just fry it like this. It’s fragrant, fried a little bit older, and still crispy.

Clean the hairtail fish and control the moisture

In the basin, put three tablespoons of salt directly and stir evenly

Prepare, set powder

Let the hairtail fish be coated with baking powder on both sides

In a non-stick pan, add tea oil, heat it up, put the hairtail fish in and fry

Fry until both sides are golden brown and it’s ready to be taken out of the pan (I took a picture of the non-stick frying pan)
