Red bean glutinous rice cake

Ingredients: glutinous rice flour, milk, red beans (soaked in water and cooked in advance), red dates.

Slowly add the milk to the glutinous rice flour, stirring as you add.

Mix it into a paste.

Prepare a container that can be heated.

Cut the cling film to appropriate size and place it in the container.

Pour some of the glutinous rice paste into the container, spread a layer of red beans, and then pour a layer of glutinous rice paste.

Spread another layer of red beans.

Pour the remaining glutinous rice paste into the container, spread the red dates evenly on top (I used dry red dates, soak them in water before use), boil water in the pot, put the container into a steamer, steam over high heat for 25 minutes, take it out to cool and cut into pieces.
